Running a family business can be all consuming and The Family Business Network Ltd was created to help.
We are the pivot point for family businesses and our aim is to deliver a safe and trusted environment for peer to peer learning; creating experiences of value and insight for family businesses and the generations working within them. Tailored family business events include our insight events, topical discussions, our annual flagship family business conference and awards ceremonies.
Founded by Sue Howorth in 2014, the network has developed an engaged community of family businesses and those that support the sector. The network has also become the voice for family businesses across many regions of the country, originating in Cumbria and evolving to include Lancashire , Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.
We offer a safe and encouraging peer to peer environment that facilitates and fosters positive change, growth and sustainability for family businesses. Unlike many other similar organisations, the Family Business Network is not a membership model meaning that as a family business, you have complete control over what events, support or help you need. We offer knowledgeable signposting and support to relevant assistance, advice, mentoring and investment channels, ensuring that the needs of family businesses remain at the heart of what we do.
All of our bespoke events are designed with family business needs at their heart.
