Hear the recording of an online family business event by The Family Business Network in partnership with Investors in Community.
The event explores the concept of ‘Social Impact’ and how this is identified, measured, valued and demonstrated by family businesses and their teams. Discussions also consider how family values relate to business values and purpose.
Hear from keynote speakers Tom McGinness (Global Leader of Family Business -KPMG Private Enterprise, UK), Philip Webb (Founder and CEO of Investors in Community), and Ivan Baldwin (Marketing and Business Development at Bechtel Corporation), listen to family business leaders sharing their stories and insight, and a group of next gens explore their vision and aspirations for the future.

North West Family Business Awards 2022

The North West Family Business Awards are organised and run by The Family Business Network, and provide a fantastic opportunity for family businesses of all shapes and sizes to share and celebrate their success stories.
The inaugural North West Family Business Awards in 2020 took off in first class style, beneath the wings of the Concorde at Manchester Airport.
We are fully committed to celebrating the North West’s amazing family businesses in 2022 with #NWFBA2021, however are currently unable to give a date for our awards ceremony due to covid-19.
How we do this is still in the planning, as it is our intention to host a live Awards ceremony, rather than one online to protect the vibrant and special atmosphere of the NWFB Awards! With this in mind, we are holding off setting a definite date until things are a little clearer, all the while keeping the health and safety of our attendees and our team at the front of our minds.
In the meantime, we would invite you to make an expression of interest so that when the time comes, you will be best placed to get that application form in and begin your #NWFBA2021 journey.
