Job Title: Business Support Administrator (Apprentice role)

Responsible to: Project Coordinator

Place of work: The Family Business Network Ltd, Windermere Road, Staveley, Cumbria, LA8 9PL

Hours of work: Full Time


Job Description

To provide administrative support for The Family Business Network. Working alongside and reporting to the Project Coordinator on both internal and external client projects.


Outline of main Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for all areas of the business

Maintaining and updating of database in accordance with GDPR regulations

Assisting in production of internal and external client reports

Event support as and when required



Ability to work as part of a team

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

Good Microsoft office skills

Excellent written and communication skills



Be happy and enthusiastic in your work

Have a here to help and ‘can do’ attitude



Salary: Apprentice salary, which will include a comprehensive training and development programme

Annual Leave: 20 days plus public holidays, both pro rata

Pension: Contributions to a pension scheme


Terms and Conditions

Full Time:  37.5 hours

Location: Based at Windermere Road, Staveley, Cumbria, LA8 9PL, some travel also may be involved
